You would think that one-on-one training would cost a fortune and be time-consuming to organise. Well, it isn't! Our one-on-one tutor led interactive Online Training Portal (OTP) goes at precisely the pace required by each individual. It provides an opportunity to go over the learning content as often as required so every employee gets the optimum learning experience that'll be retained and applied to keep your business safe and compliant.

 

We appreciate that there are times when you require your staff to undertake training courses, whilst ensuring that process and production is not affected. Our Online Training Portal enables our clients to access a suite of courses, which can be completed at your pace and your convenience. We have courses on a range of topics including Health & Safety, Business Management, Health and Well-being, Social Media for Business and Human Resources.

Established in 2008, Standerwick Safety Partnership has become one of South Wales’ most supportive and practical health and safety consultancies, offering pragmatic advice that goes far beyond simple box-ticking exercises. This hands-on support enables businesses to implement effective systems for health and safety, quality and environmental management. Where necessary we’ll act as the H&S Competent Person for our clients, and our services include bespoke packages for training, auditing and consultancy. Jane began her career in the chemical industry working for a global chemical manufacturer. 

​

Leaving industry in 2005, Jane became the Service Manager for Workplace Health Connect in Wales. This was sponsored by HSE and provided impartial advice on health, safety and return to work to over 1500 smaller business across Wales. This is where Jane created her vision to support smaller businesses where resources are more limited. She is passionate about helping these businesses succeed.

Jane leads our work on quality, environmental and health & safety management systems.
